Thank you for shopping with ZIONE. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, delivery timeframes, tracking and procedures for delayed, lost, damaged or incorrect orders.
Key Shipping Information
Order cut-off time:
Orders placed before 12:00 pm Australian Eastern Time may begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time may begin processing on the following business day.
Processing time:
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays.
Estimated delivery time:
Delivery usually takes approximately 7 to 15 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.
Shipping cost:
We currently offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders.
Please note that processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Where We Ship
ZIONE currently ships to addresses within Australia only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Some remote or regional areas may require additional delivery time.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.
This confirms that your order has been received by our system. It does not necessarily mean that your order has already been dispatched.
Please review your order confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Processing may include:
- Payment verification.
- Order confirmation.
- Product preparation.
- Quality checks.
- Packaging and fulfilment arrangements.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will usually begin processing on the next business day.
During sales, promotional periods, public holidays or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will normally receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number or tracking link.
Tracking information may take between 24 and 72 hours to update after dispatch.
You can use the tracking details provided to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Timeframes
Once processed and dispatched, orders generally arrive within 7 to 15 business days.
The total estimated timeframe from order placement to delivery is therefore approximately:
8 to 18 business days
Delivery may take longer because of:
- Carrier delays.
- Public holidays.
- Severe weather.
- High order volumes.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Remote or regional delivery locations.
- Supplier or fulfilment delays.
- Events outside our reasonable control.
Under Australian Consumer Law, when a business cannot supply a paid product within the agreed timeframe—or within a reasonable timeframe where no firm date was agreed—it must provide an appropriate solution.
Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery period, please:
- Review the tracking information.
- Confirm that your delivery address is correct.
- Check for any attempted-delivery notifications.
- Allow up to 2 additional business days for unexpected carrier delays.

We recommend contacting us within a reasonable period after the expected delivery date.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error.
We may be able to update the address before fulfilment begins, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or dispatched.
ZIONE is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around the delivery location.
- Ask other household members.
- Check with neighbours or building reception.
- Contact the delivery carrier.
You should then contact us so we can assist with an investigation.
A replacement or refund will be considered based on the outcome of the carrier investigation and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us as soon as possible if:
- Your order arrives damaged.
- You receive the wrong product.
- An item is missing.
- The product is materially different from what you ordered.

- Clear photographs of the item.
- Photographs of the packaging and shipping label where relevant.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, refund or another remedy.
Products sold in Australia are covered by consumer guarantees, and customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where goods fail to meet those guarantees.
Separate Packages
In some cases, items from the same order may be fulfilled separately and arrive in different packages.
You may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because your order is delivered in more than one package.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing or fulfilment has begun.
If the order has already been dispatched, it may need to be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
